General Notes To Start
*All listed oven temperatures are meant for conventional/standard ovens. If using a convection oven, please reduce the temperatures by 25°.
*All items must be reheated in oven safe containers. Not all lids or containers provided by Aneu are oven safe, and some are not microwave safe. Please check packaging before reheating.
*Store food in fridge until you are ready to reheat and eat.
*CONSUMER ADVISORY: CONSUMING RAW OR UNDERCOOKED MEATS, POULTRY, SEAFOOD, SHELLFISH, OR EGGS MAY INCREASE RISK OF FOODBORNE ILLNESS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CERTAIN MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Chicken: Bake in 350° oven for 5-10 minutes until crispiness has returned, or until heated through.
Eggplant: Defrost first (if frozen). Small size: bake in 350° oven for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through. Large size: 50-60 minutes, or until heated through.
Pasta: Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, until heated through. OR on the stove, lightly coat a pan with olive oil and add pasta. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly until reincorporated and heated through.
Garlic Bread: Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, wrapped in foil.
Crab: Bake in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
Side Dishes: Cold choices such as salads, gourmet slaws, and cold noodle dishes are meant to be eaten cold and do not require reheating. If you order hot side dishes such as rice or pasta dishes, we suggest following the pasta instructions listed above, listed under the other entrees. If you order a roasted or sautéed vegetable of some kind, we suggest reheating in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes until heated through, or on the stove for 5-10 minutes, tossing/stirring regularly until heated through.
Casseroles & Lasagnas: Defrost first. Bake in 350° oven for 25-40 minutes (small size) or 45-60 minutes (large size), until heated through and bubbly.
Entrees: Cook all food to these minimum internal temperatures as measured with a food thermometer before removing food from the oven or stovetop. For reasons of personal preference, you may choose to cook food to higher temperatures.
Fried Items: Bake in 400° oven for 10-15 minutes, until heated through. OR in an air fryer for 5-10 minutes until crispy, tossing halfway through.
Pasta Dishes: Reheat in pan on the stove over low-medium heat for 5-10 minutes until heated through, stirring with wooden spoon. If possible, add a little olive oil or cream to the sauce (depending on base of sauce) to fully incorporate the ingredients and bring it together smoothly.
Rice Dishes: Reheat on the stove over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Add a little oil or tab of butter to loosen rice. If using a microwave add a splash of water and a little oil or tab of butter and heat for 2-5 minutes until heated through.
Soups, Stews, & Chilis: Reheat on the stove on low-medium for 10-20 minutes, stirring regularly, until heated through. If using a microwave make sure to cover dish with paper towel or microwave-safe plastic wrap. Reheat on medium level for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
Vegetable Side Dishes: Bake in 350° oven for 15-20 mins, until warmed through. Toss or turn veggies over with a spatula halfway through to ensure an even cook.
Bake or reheat according to our packaging instruction stickers..
Cinnamon Buns: Reheat in 350° oven for 10 minutes, covered, until warmed through.
Cookies: From frozen, bake in 350° oven for 12 minutes (mini cookies) or 14 minutes (large cookies). Using a spatula, lightly press puffed tops down as soon as removed from oven. Let rest on sheet for 10 minutes before handling.
Croissants: Brush with egg wash, then bake from frozen in 350° oven for 16-18 minutes until deep golden, rotate sheet tray halfway through cooking time.
Quiches: While quiche is delicious at room temperature, we understand the desire for hot-from-the-oven goodness as well. To warm things up, preheat your oven to 350° . Remove quiche from box, onto oven safe tray, and reheat for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on size. This timing is good for quiches stored in your fridge prior to reheating. However, if you want to reheat a frozen quiche, increase the time to 25 to 35 minutes and decrease temperature to 300°. Slice and serve.
Scones: From frozen, bake in 350° oven for 25-30 mins until deep golden, rotate sheet tray
halfway through.
